When my husband and I decided to move down to Arizona, I had heard of a wonderful real estate agent that works within the area we were looking to purchase. I contacted Susan who took all the information for what we were looking for, I flew down to Arizona to view about 10 or 12 properties she had lined up. After the initial purchase of one property, I flew home to pack up our existing home for the big move to Arizona. Upon the home inspection, there were numerous repairs that the homeowner did not want to pay for, so we cancelled the contract and found another home. Susan did a Facetime walkthrough with us, and we then purchased this other property. Needless to say, Susan was a trooper negotiating two homes for us. A lot of extra work, but a job well done!
